Every mutation in your account is recorded automatically. You do not need to enable anything — audit logging is available on all plans. Retention varies by plan.
Open Settings
From the left sidebar, expand Settings and click Audit Log.
Browse events
Events are listed newest-first. Each entry shows the action type, target name, metadata, and when it happened. Use the pagination controls to browse older events.
